ZipGO® – Zipline Trolley Release Device
ZipGO® is a mechanical auxiliary device designed to secure the zipline trolley at the start platform and to enable the controlled release of the rider into the zipline descent. The device ensures reliable secure holding of the trolley during rider preparation and provides a smooth, controlled release once the rider is ready to start.
The ZipGO® system incorporates a mechanical locking mechanism that prevents accidental release, along with an ergonomic trigger element (such as a lever, button, or pull cord) that allows the operator to release the trolley in a controlled manner at the start of the ride. Manufactured from durable materials, such as stainless steel or aluminum, the device is engineered to withstand the mechanical loads occurring during trolley fixation and release operations.
